Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Data Tool Log

The Data Tool.log file is created and stored in the Cobra database.

Aside from data source name, user name, and timestamp, this log file contains all messages related to the modification of table records, such as the lists of the following items:
  • Deleted results
  • Added results
  • Deleted system data items
  • Initialized system data items

The Data Tool.log file opens in Notepad when you click View Log in the Process Complete dialog box.
